Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, Forever Grooves carries $20 million in public liability insurance. Certificate of currency is available on request. All DJ equipment and audio equipment is also insured.
Is setup and pack-down time included?
Yes Set-up, pack-down, bump-in, and bump-out are all included in the price for each and every event. You only ever pay for the time that Remy is DJ’ing. Setup typically takes around 1.5 hours for a digital setup, or 2 hours for vinyl.
How do you curate music for an event?
Curation begins with a conversation about your brief or vision for the event. If you’ve already got a clear idea, Remy builds around it. Where there’s room for input, he’ll draw on experience DJing similar events and settings to guide song selection and pacing. It’s also about reading the room, adapting and pivoting if needed so the set stays true to the brief while responding to how the event actually unfolds.
Do you provide sound equipment, decks, and wireless microphones for speeches?
Yes, sound equipment and decks are fully included in the price of a digital or vinyl DJ set. Wireless mics can be added for $150. Forever Grooves microphones are top of the line and paired with a mixer to ensure crystal clear speeches with no feedback.
Can you integrate with existing in-house venue sound systems or external AV production teams?
Yes — Remy is happy to integrate with an in-house venue sound system or work alongside an external AV production team where needed. With an audio background, he can communicate effectively with sound engineers and techs, making that coordination straightforward.

Yes, absolutely. Events like galas, awards nights, and corporate parties naturally move through distinct phases, and the music adapts alongside them. Networking and dinner call for background music that sits behind conversation rather than over it, while speeches or award presentations need a completely different, more measured approach.
Can you provide a Tax Invoice and accept corporate billing / vendor onboarding?
Yes. Tax invoices are provided as standard for all clients. Corporate billing and vendor onboarding can also be accommodated, including ABN details, PO numbers, or completing a vendor setup forms.
Can the DJ set be performed on vinyl, digital, or a hybrid setup to suit our event theme?

Forever Grooves services corporate functions across Melbourne, Geelong, and regional Victoria, including the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Daylesford, and the Macedon Ranges. Interstate bookings can also be arranged. This makes it easy to service conferences, retreats, and offsite functions outside the CBD, not just city-based events.
